Went to my doctor's appointment, worked on my neighbour's deck, mowed my lawn, barbecued dinner because I didn't want to spoil the meat that I had taken out of the freezer, and worked on my project. After everything was done, I felt good about accomplishing things that needed to be done. 📅 Daily Check-in - July 7 💭 Reflection: "Still feel restlessness, not sure what to do. Going outside doesn't help. Does stress me no clue what to do. Breathwork also gives short moment's of relief. Coherent frequency is what gives a little more results, maybe 30-60mins peace, before it catches me again. Even though I am not working I feel the deep need for a week(better a month) OFF and an actual GETAWAY.
