💭 Reflection:
"Still feel restlessness, not sure what to do. Going outside doesn't help. Does stress me no clue what to do. Breathwork also gives short moment's of relief. Coherent frequency is what gives a little more results, maybe 30-60mins peace, before it catches me again. Even though I am not working I feel the deep need for a week(better a month) OFF and an actual GETAWAY. All too much atm."
