I'm sharing this here because I know many of you in this community are stuck around career/purpose/starting a business. I decided to share this here as well, to help some of you who are ready for the next step. I want to make healing more accessible through technology. From Yesterday.... Needs Some/Or Alot of Work... That I AM Willing To Put In.
May 12, 2026 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 🛏️ Good Sleep - last night 6 hours of sleep.. Night before 4 1/2 so total win for me 🌙 Early Bedtime- well what is early.. I have been getting to bed by 10pm... ☀️ Morning Sunlight - well I have been grounding but the sun has not been out. Thre are fires in the park near my house so it has been smoky. 💧 Stayed Hydrated - does my Dr. PEPPER ZERO COUNT? 🌿 Grounding- yes 🚶 Walk - well I normally get about 14,000 steps per day.. but I did not actually "go on a walk" 🥗 Healthy Eating - 🤔 mostly 🍺 No Alcohol- good on this one 🍬 No Added Sugar- this one needs work ☕ No Late Caffeine - 2 sips of my soda..but not alot 🥩 Hit Protein Goal- ? Guess I should start tracking this again... 🥦 Ate Vegetables- 🤢 ✨ Positive Mindset ✔️ 🎯 Deep Work - what does this mean? 📵 No Social Media- does this site count as social media? 📋 Planned Day- when you work with children, you can plan your day all you want, but it never goes the way you think it will...... 🌅 Focused Morning ✔️ 🌄 No Screentime in Morning - I dont touch my phone for 30min when I wake up. ⏱️ Time Blocking. Again working with children, does not work. I can block all the time off i wont BUT teachers call me and that blocking timeis gone. 1️⃣ Single Tasking- I didnt plan anything but I will today... 🧠 Learning ✔️ 👥 Quality Time ✔️ 🤝 Helped Someone - I guess I would need more explanation on this on.. Helping people/children is my job (that I love and WANT to be there to help), so would this be asking "outside of my job"? 📞 Called Friend/Family - very rare but actually yes I did.... well, I do call family more but not friends... 🍽️ No Phone at Dinner ✔️ 👂 Active Listening - working on this.

Just mapped out my next 6 weeks and realized something I didn't see before: every conversation I'm avoiding, every bit of guilt I'm carrying alone, all of it traces back to one thing I never understood about my own brain. I've spent decades signing my name to a verdict that I was broken and a loser. Turns out I was just wired differently and nobody told me.
