Hi, my name is Sammie, I’m from Phoenix, AZ, and I’m a nervous system + mindset coach and shadow alchemy guide. I help people who know what to do but still find themselves reacting the same way understand their patterns, rewire core beliefs, and shift out of survival mode so they can actually stop fighting themselves and follow through. My work blends NLP, hypnosis, energy healing, and practical awareness tools so people aren’t just understanding their patterns, they’re actually changing them. Practical ways to work with my brain instead of constantly feeling like I’m fighting it For fun, I like to: Do anything with music especially when me and hubby take the kids to concerts but also just dancing around the house Spend time with my kids and husband actually be present (we've been together since I was 18 we're super close and love being a family) Create content that challenges how people think I'm passionate about the things I talk about so I genuinely love sharing it Dive into mindset, spirituality, and personal growth, I love learning definitely a knowledge junkie!
