Positive takeaways
What’s ONE tiny change from this challenge that’s actually stuck for you so far? Mine is talking more kindly to myself when I don’t do ‘the thing’. Only time will tell if that’s a good thing that will calm my nervous system and help me see the path ahead more clearly… or if I will become so relaxed that even less gets done!! 🤣 That’s actually a real worry I have whenever I start to feel chilled 😎 Anyone else?

How many tabs do you have open?
Many of us struggle with out-of-sight-out-of-mind so we end up with lots of open tabs. How many do you have open? I have 63 open on my iPad and 172 open on my phone (I closed 100 this morning.) And likely a few hundred in my brain! 😜

Quiet day for me today 90 tabs open… 🤯 Yes, good thing to notice!
Systems consistency…
How do you stop good systems from evaporating overnight? I’m realising one of my biggest ADHD struggles isn’t finding systems, it’s remembering they exist the next day. I’ll set something up that actually works (planner, habit tracker, morning plan, filing system). Day 1 is great. Then I wake up on Day 2 and… 💨 poof… it’s not even in my awareness. It doesn’t occur to me to use it. Weeks later I bump into it again and think, “oh yeah, that was a great idea” …I’ll pick it up again and then next day… poof💨! Recently I’ve started using a tiny stack of cards I keep in my pocket with one thing per card (shower, supplements, kitchen reset, etc.), and that’s helping a bit because it physically lives on me. I’m curious: • Do you have one thing that helps your systems stay visible from one day to the next? • Where do you park reminders so your future ADHD brain actually sees them? • Extra love for ideas that still work when you’re tired / emotional / overwhelmed, not just on “good brain” days. 💛 Would love very practical “this is what I literally do” answers.

@Pam Raney 🙏🏼 thanks, it looks good. I’ve set up the first reminder for tomorrow morning to set it up.
I don't even know what to title this. I am in shock.
The final AI-generated report needs to come with a warning. I am emotionally wrecked. But in the best way possible. The AI report that came after completing Day 5 questions has beyond exceeded my expectations. If I wanted to write a book about my life, I would 100% use this tool as guidance. This report cracked open every secret, every suppressed feeling, every detail of my life that actually matters. If you are lost or have felt suppressed most of your life, you NEED to do this report. Be as honest and detailed as you can possibly be, and I promise this will be the best decision you've ever made. This is going to give me the strength I need to take real, purposeful action in my life. I am shocked that this is even free. Thank you so much, Jim. I am forever grateful for this gift.

@Suliet Rivera Yep… I can confirm, making supper simple tonight was worth every penny!
Surprisingly deep and human for a free ADHD challenge
Here’s a copy of my trust pilot review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I joined the free 5-day ADHD Harmony challenge not really knowing what to expect, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how thoughtful and accurate it’s been. The daily AI questions felt weirdly personal (in a good way) and the final “psychological portrait” pulled together things I’ve felt for decades but never had put into words - especially around shame, perfectionism, and feeling like my brain isn’t matching what I know I’m capable of. It didn’t feel generic or fluffy; it picked up on specific stories I’d shared and reflected them back with insight and compassion. The live calls have been valuable, and the way Jim explains ADHD as a mismatch with typical systems (rather than “you’re broken”) really landed for me. The Skool community adds a bit of fun/dopamine and connecting with other people who think and struggle in similar ways has lightened the days. It is leading toward a paid 6-week programme, but so far it hasn’t felt scammy or pushy - more like, “Here’s a deeper option if you want it.” …and I do, so I’m looking forward to the next chapter. Overall, for a free challenge, it’s been genuinely helpful, validating and thought-provoking. I’m extremely glad I did it and it’s still very worthwhile even if no further courses are taken. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
