Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.

Does anyone have the same issue as me with books? I start a book, or even finish it, I am fully (mostly extremly) motivated, but when it comes down to Implementing the stuff something in me is against it. And VERY OFTEN it was even good for me that I did. Be it astrology, rituals from 90's Tv books, Angel rituals and later starseed crap(which funny enough of one of these fanatics made me first aware of morphogenetic fields) was actually all bogus and just a way to rip off people. This enforced my belief that nearly NOTHING coming from.the spiritual corner can actually be trusted sadly. That put another block in me in going through with meditations and other things, even IF it might help me.I am glad I know it's the ADHD, but I'm leaning more towards just being angry, because I'm in a sort of limbo regardless....The exercises in the book are great, yet I only impleneted the telling myself "I love you" and the breathing(twice, maybe trice lol)....

Amazing Weekend checkin
I had the most amazing time on the weekend. Never underestimate the benefit of taking intentional time to rest and recharge. I went away for 3 days with some friends to a rural property in western NSW (Australia) and it was so rejuvenating - the colours green and blue are so important for our wellbeing, they act like a natural reset button for your body and mind. I'm a testament that they work, I feel so refreshed, reconnected, aligned and motivated today. I have been smashing through my planned tasks. Oh and an added bonus...I got more than 8 hrs of sleep each night! that is unheard of for me 😍 This is some of the science... 🌲 Physical Benefits - Lowers Stress: Looking at these colours physically slows your heart rate and reduces stress hormones. - Rests Your Eyes: Blue and green are easy on the eyes, preventing screen fatigue and headaches. - Boosts Healing: People living or recovering near these colors tend to heal faster and feel less pain 🧠 Mental Benefits - Refreshes Your Brain: Being around nature colours recharges your focus when you are feeling burnt out. - Calms Anxiety: Looking at water or clear skies naturally cuts through feelings of panic and worry. - Sparks Creativity: Glimpsing green before a task helps you come up with more imaginative ideas. So I recommend, if you can, go outside...observe the beauty, let the sun warm your face and soak up the natural benefits 🤩 I've attached a few of my pics for your enjoyment
