Tried something new today

I made tofu crumble in the air fryer with corn starch, soya sauce and sesame oil. I ate it over rice with sriracha sauce with seaweed.
I weighed the tofu all wet for 250 g then I crumbled it and tried to get as much water as possible out of it with paper towels 🧻.
Then I measured
1TBSP of cornstarch
1TBSP of low sodium soya sauce
1TSP sesame oil
In a bowl then added the tofu to the same bowl to coat it with the mixture.
I placed it in the air fryer and cooked it at 400 for 15 minutes.
I will add the picture next time. Unless I decide to use the other half of tofu in a soup instead.
