NEAT is so…. neat!
I’d been underestimating the impact of simply moving my body more through walking. I had a steps goals in the past that I would only meet mostly on the cardio days of my routine (3 days/week). Since starting BBB and watching @Darren Liu on his walking pad regularly, the lightbulb went off💡. Walking MORE will help me have LESS of all the things I’ve been struggling with. Less fat %, less brain fog, less disrupted sleep, and less worry about why the scale isn’t moving. Yes, there are other things that are complementary to my now 7 day/week step goal, but this is one that for some reason never clicked for me to simply increase before. 🤯 🤦🏽‍♀️

@Matthias Müller it’s been extra helpful for me now during the winter months since I don’t get to get out as much (or for as long) with my pups!
App trackers
Hello everyone! Could you please share with me which app you’re using to track your weight, measurements, and body fat%? Also, which app do you use to track your nutrition macros? Appreciate alot! 🙏🏼

@Crissy Hung I use Hume which is connected to a scale that conceptually is like Dexa Scan and InBody. It tracks weight, heart rate, fat %, bone density, etc., and shows trends. And for tracking macros I use VeSync which is also connected to a food scale.
Sunday morning, deep..
Today I'm greatful beeing me! Why? Because despite all the negativ aspects of my life choises and the consequenses around them, I feel blessed that I have found myself. I started to follow a man from the other side of the world, that had resonable thoughts around fitness and health in April last year. I had begun going to the gym already in February but didn't know how to do a proper work out. And I didn't have the resources to get a PT. But with my new job I knew that I had to get stronger. This guy, he asked me why I had pressed the follow button on IG. Oh wow, he held me responsible for my choice.. We chatted for mayby 15-20 mins. I was at the gym and at that moment I felt more alive then I had for a long time! New job, new beginning with the training, someone saw me! ME!! Days later I got the BBB programs, and I followed it for 5 months before my joints and my muscles were too sore to continue lifting weights and I needed to prioritise work. In december I missed all the training, comming home after work just sitting in the sofa, or recliner .. the sorness didn't give up. All bloodtest were good but I felt restless. I wanted to continue the fitness journey. Then I found this community and this was it! The guy that had planted something solid im my mind was there again, holding me responsible - for myself. It wasn't acually about weight or food or looking fit. (That comes second, at least for me) No. It was about what I owe to myself! What picture I want to show of myself to my family. I stumble, I'm processing and progressing. But step by step I will get better on doing whatever it takes to be me. Thanks @Darren Liu for beeing.. you! Todays walk - 5983 steps, and 4,75 km

This is so beautifully written @Åsa Latorre. I’m glad you’ve found yourself and community!
Salmon Patties
I had some canned salmon that was ready to make its debut outside of the kitchen pantry (finally) and made salmon patties. I hadn’t had them in a while and these (over a bed of spinach) hit the spot! *Reminder I have Celiac so all of my recipes will always be gluten-free. - 14 oz can (skinless, boneless) wild-caught salmon drained - ½ cup almond flour - ¼ teaspoon sea salt - ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice - ½ teaspoon garlic powder - ½ teaspoon onion powder - ½ teaspoon paprika - ½ teaspoon dried dill

Tzatziki
Made tzatziki at home today to have with my chicken kabobs. 100g of plain yogurt I use the pro 19g of protein. 1 mini cucumber from Costco or about 30g of regular cucumber. 8 calories worth. 1 clove of garlic -1tbsp or 15 ml. The juice of half a lemon A pinch of salt I grated the cucumber 🥒 in a bowl and added the salt 🧂. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the liquid as much as possible. Add your garlic about 15 ml or 1tbsp worth what ever you have available or like to use best. Add your yogurt and lemon juice. Mix well and enjoy 😊
