I’d been underestimating the impact of simply moving my body more through walking. I had a steps goals in the past that I would only meet mostly on the cardio days of my routine (3 days/week). Since starting BBB and watching on his walking pad regularly, the lightbulb went off💡. Walking MORE will help me have LESS of all the things I’ve been struggling with. Less fat %, less brain fog, less disrupted sleep, and less worry about why the scale isn’t moving. Yes, there are other things that are complementary to my now 7 day/week step goal, but this is one that for some reason never clicked for me to simply increase before. 🤯 🤦🏽♀️
