Day 3 Of The Movement Restoration Challenge
TODAY at 6pm EST Welcome back! You have the Confidence the system works. Today is the conceptual breakthrough: we break the biggest myth in fitness that keeps high-achievers stuck. Stop blaming your body for being "tight." We prove you are just compensating. 🎯 Today's Mission: Unmasking Compensation We are taking your pattern awareness to unlock true Global Integration: - The Myth of Tightness: Why stretching fails. Your stiffness is actually a sign of your body protecting instability. - Your New Capability: The Pelvis→Rib→Skull Hierarchy—your movement map for life. - Proof: Erika's Confidence Win shows constant setbacks end when you fix the pattern. - LIVE ACTION BLOCK: Global Integration Reset to activate high-influence areas for fast changes. 💡 The System Hierarchy: Fixing the Root - Your body moves in a hierarchy: Pelvis leads → Ribs follow → Skull organizes. - When one segment cannot move, others overwork. - We aim for fixing the root segment to make everything easier. LIVE ACTION BLOCK: Feel the Integration 1. Full 3D Retest: Log your Day 3 data by running your full Retest. 2. Activate: We will pick the day's reset zone and you will feel the global impact. 3. Find the Fast Change: Pay attention to what changes fastest. 🔑 Homework & Accountability You're building momentum—keep logging changes! 1. POST YOUR PATTERN WINS: Share what clicked and what improved in the comments below! This is your Confidence proof. 2. Welcome to The Forge: This Is My Why
Hey there & welcome to The Forge Community! Here's a little information about me: My name is Shawn Kitzman, and I'm the Founder of The RBLD Project. I've lived an active life with over 30 years of martial arts, weightlifting, and skateboarding, and it's definitely come with some bumps and bruises—two torn meniscuses, separated shoulders, and back and neck injuries. For years, I couldn't solve these problems. But it wasn't until I began using the ATG principles that I was able to reverse my injuries and solve my pain. Now, I can still train Jiu Jitsu three days a week with training partners 10-30 years younger than me and not feel like I got run over by a truck. My journey as a Massage Therapist and Movement Coach, which began in 2000, taught me how to work with a wide range of athletes—from elite youth athletes and adult endurance athletes to a few professional athletes. I learned how to help them overcome their injuries and exceed their physical potential. This is the inspiration for RBLD. I'm here to help high-achieving men and women over 40 rebuild their bodies and charge into the future with confidence. This community is a place for people who aren't going to "grow old gracefully" but are going to live a life of adventure, be active and Kick Father Time's Ass! What about you? Let's get started.
Restoration Lab Q&A: Building a Body That Can Handle More
Movement Capacity: The Hidden Factor Behind Strength, Mobility & Longevity Most people think strength and mobility are things you “train.” In reality, they’re outcomes — of how well your body is organized. Today’s call is about understanding movement capacity: • Why some bodies adapt and others break down • Why “strong but fragile” is so common • Why stretching and rehab alone don’t create lasting change • And how coordination between pelvis, rib cage, and skull determines what your body can handle This isn’t a diagnostic call. It’s an orientation — a chance to zoom out, understand how your body is organized, and start seeing movement with more clarity. 🧠 What We’ll Cover • What movement capacity actually means • The 3 pillars that organize the body • Why parts-based fixes stall progress • How to start noticing patterns (without overthinking them) If you’ve ever felt: “I train… but my body doesn’t feel reliable.” This will click. 🔁 Important Reminder This call is about understanding what’s happening. Guided progression and personalized direction happen inside the Movement Restoration Challenge and The RBLD Collective. 📅 Live today🕒 6-6:30pm EST 📍 Join live or catch the replay Comment below if you are in!
Check out Cooper's Community
Hey Gang! As we our community grows I want to highlight other communities that I think would be a great fit for some of you. One of the things that I know about myself is there are things that I am good at and really want to dig into more of and there are things that I know are important but really aren't on my lists of interests/passions. @Cooper Lewis is an ATG coach and has some great stuff on sleep which I believe is really important. Luckily for me I get a pretty good 6-8 hrs of sleep a night and have for most of my life. But... I know many people struggle with sleep. Cooper and I chatted yesterday and I think he's a really smart guy and has a real passion for helping people improve their sleep.
