Wins This Week
Hey Gang! For those of you new to the community Friday is about personally and as a community celebrating wins. There is no win too small & I believe that it’s important to celebrate both personal & professional wins. Here’s mine for the week. We added 5-6 new members this week! I’m really excited to see all of you here! As I mentioned in an earlier post @Jerry Rivera and I have been working really hard on next weeks challenge & I think it’s going to be a good one! This week I did my first Nordic Hamstring Curl in about 1.5 years. Here’s video of me working on them in ‘22 and then the one this week. When I first started doing them my hamstrings would cramp because they were so weak. I’m going to bring the height up on the bench a little and work on doing 2-3 in a row. Drop your wins in the comments or post them in the community. Can’t wait to see what you all have been up to!

Wins for the week
I had 2 realizations from this weeks Q&A: I have a core strength issue, but since I started doing strength training I don’t have the numbness and tingling in my forearms and hands! I went to a Barre class this week and my calves, hamstrings and hips are so much stronger than they were last summer when I did this class.
Friday Wins!
Hey Forge Fam! Hope you are all having a great Thanksgiving weekend. Today is Friday & I don’t want to break tradition, so here are my wins this for the past week. 1st win- Erica is a runner/triathlete & started working with us in late August. She’s been battling Achilles' pain for the past 4 years & it was so bad she couldn’t run a mile w/out paying for it later Shes a PT & been to everyone around Metro Detroit. Unfortunately for her what really happened was she was seeing a lot of talented people but no one developed a plan & then stuck with her through it. We’ve been gradually building up her pain free mileage over the past 4-6 weeks and she really wanted to run the Turkey Trot with her daughter yesterday. Happy to say she was able to do it & had no pain! 2nd win- Had a super chill Thanksgiving w/Melissa & Gabe. Made a great ham and a ton of sides to go with it. Very pleased w/how everything turned out. 3rd win- Around the holidays we have an open mat with all of the affiliate schools around the Twin Cities. I meant to roll/train for an hour and it wound up being more like 1:15 of straight training. I can remember a time not long ago when I couldn’t do that without being concerned about back or knee pain. What are your wins for this week? Share your wins either in the comments or make your own post!

🎉 Wins This Week!
🏃‍♂️ Got back to running after being sick for almost a week about 2 weeks ago (felt sooo good to move again). 📝 Most of the tasks for the 5-Day Challenge Project are done — we’re almost ready to roll! 🎂 Spent a great weekend with my family celebrating my nephew’s 2nd birthday. Lots of food, laughs, and toddler chaos. 😂 Feeling grateful today.🦃 Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Wins For The Week
Hey Forge Fam, Happy Friday! As high-achieving professionals, our success isn't just measured by physical feats—it's measured by holistic performance. We win when we move better, think clearer, and lead stronger. It's time for our Weekly Performance Audit. This is where we celebrate the resilience built across every area of our lives. We celebrate our wins to give us confidence, recognize positive things, and acknowledge progress. Sharing IS NOT BRAGGING: This community is based on mutual support and vulnerability. When you share, the community sees what’s possible, which strengthens our entire physical foundation. Post your selection (A, B, C, D, or E) in the comments and tell us briefly how that breakthrough happened! 👇 📊 Poll: What Was Your Biggest Breakthrough This Week? (Vote Below!)
