The biggest win is definitely what we’ve done during the Movement Restoration Challenge! It’s so much fun watching people have meaningful change as their body moves better. Personally I hit a PR on External Rotation 1x8@20#. I can’t remember a time when I made 5# look like 100# šŸ˜‚ We are having a Christmas Party tomorrow & I just threw the roasts on the grill. I’ll have them on there for most of the day & then put them in the oven @ 170 to ā€œrestā€ until we eat tomorrow. Share your wins in the comments or make your own post!

Big Thanks To You All
Hey gang! I know this might not be a big deal to you all but it’s huge for the business end of this community. We’ve jumped about 80 spots on discovery in SKool. SKool has a search function that helps to drive organic traffic. We have been sitting around 815-830 for the past 3-4 weeks. At the beginning of the week we were at 756, from all of the great engagement in the challenge today we are at 740. Again, this might not be a big deal to you all but it’s pretty exciting for me. So, thanks a ton & I’m excited to finish out the rest of the challenge with you all!
