I tried my first session of #GGBB Session #1 10/9/2025, and honestly, at the beginning I only felt a slight stretch in my lower back, which made me think the level was too easy and that I should be doing something more challenging.
, he clarified that the primary target of this exercise is the SI joint, and that feeling a slight stretch, rather than intense effort, is exactly the goal.
