#ETS Four 11/6/2025 Progressive overload is a real thing, and shows up in our training routinely. The quality of the repetitions produce quality in the outcomes, and that is what we are all about. Flex Hard!

Oh man, this one is hard for some reason. I may have to do this 8 times before I move on.

@Laura Segal Loving that for you!!
Sacral area is alive!
I was wondering if anyone else has felt their sacral area coming to life. See yellow triangle in the image attached. Since doing FlexTheory for the last 6 months, I've really noticed my sacral area having physical sensations in the last week or two. Never have I ever noticed any sensation in that area when I moved. When doing GGBB from the start I did feel stretching in the sacral area a little bit more each time. Then doing ETS seemed to have gradually made that sacral area come to life. It's so hard to explain it. It's like the ligaments in the area are no longer stuck in position, but is able to respond to where my legs and hips want to move, and I can feel something happening in that region. What in the world is this magic @Andre Victorian ??

What has been your biggest challenge so far, and how did you overcome it?

@Alexander Cossio You'll do an amazing cossack one day and think back to now. 🦵👍

ETS sessions are the most challenging for me. I have learned to have about 4 to 5 days to recover between sessions. I would repeat a session more than 3 times if I don't feel comfortable with it and allow myself to take a breaks during a workout.

Are you asking in general or in the context of FlexTheory? For me, it depends on what I'm trying to achieve. What's your favourite exercise?

@Alexander Cossio So hard to say! I enjoy GGBB #8 because it gets my back, shoulders, neck and visual system limber. That is my go-to for a body tune up haha
