👋 Hi Flexians, I have a simple and conclusive idea for tracking the training. Previously, everything was tracked manually using a pencil and a college block, so I wanted to share an inspired way to streamline this process 💡 I'd love to hear how you handle this! Stay loose and flexible 💃🕺

Impressive! That’s more detailed than me. I just click on Skool’s Classroom tab and scroll down. It shows %s completed next to modules. Open a module then it shows a green checkmark next to videos I’ve completed. That doesn’t show me the dates that I completed a video or how many times I’ve completed it.
ETS Series Two: Session Six is Live❗️
#ETS Six 12/3/2025 is full of challenges. There is a good reason that these are to be done in order and with adequate repeat times (2-3x minimum over seven days). You can rush your training, but you cannot rush your adaptations. Be consistent. Be disciplined. Stay hungry for your results, and Flex Hard!

Milestone Reached: 6.5 Weeks of Progress! ✅
Hello Flexians, Celebrating a huge milestone today! Six and a half weeks of work has brought some amazing results, even though the final goal is still ahead. 🛣️ 6.5 Week Accomplishments: - EtS (Series 1): All sessions completed twice - right tonight - HoF (Series 1): All sessions completed twice (& squats started). - FYK (Series 1 & 2): Completed three times each (used often as a warm-up). - Flex Theory 4 Fighters: 5 sessions done (weekly since November). - Faux-Sacks to Cosacks: One twice, Two and Three three time each. Impact: My leg techniques in karate are noticeably and visibly improved, and my upper body is significantly more flexible. Thanks @Andre Victorian for this fantastic program 🙏! On to the next goal 🚀! Keep moving!

New Releases Begin Tomorrow
I'm cooking up some goodness in the FlexLab, which doubles as a padded floor. Here are some training additions to look out for this week. 1) Enter the Straddle 2) Hips of Fury (Both Long Lunge and Squat folders) 3) Fix Your Knees 4) Good Guys Build Backs 5) Something Brand New... Is this a lot for a week? Perhaps. Is it still going to happen? Yes. Yes, it is. We will keep moving forward and composite training series' will begin to emerge soon, and a whole lotta other good stuff!
