I landed on a straightened, locked knee in an acro yoga class 3 days ago. It’s back to normal already after doing the knee exercises found in Fix Your Knees. Actually, I just did similar knee exercises found in the Full Body Hybrid class I just did. FlexTheory keeps my joints resilient against injuries.

Yes. Yes it is. When you want to lose those last 2 to 5 pounds and see your tone pop out, do one of the Friday sessions of any Full Body Hybrid series twice in a week.

Pikes Peak 5. Pikes Peak 6 is still kicking my butt. Best long term module: Full Body Hybrid. Melts fat and tones your whole body.

Since 2019, I keep coming back, even after trying other workout strategies. Nothing else is as challenging and rewarding as far as results, nor as instantly rewarding as far as post-workout relaxation.
