I Just finish my first week of training with 5 session of GGBB + Pike or HOF session. They are soooo intense but I immediately notice more “space” in my back and more strength and flexibility in hips flexors and hamstrings.
What is your thought about doubling the combos GGBB+Pike/HOF in a day? Is it counterproductive in your opinion?
(Ps. of course I training for Powerlifinting for 10 years and the last 1.5 year
