NEW: FLE❌ Ed❗️ Hyperlinked Roadmap Document
I am experimenting with ways to link multiple forms of communication, and include visuals with text. Those visuals will include diagrams and videos, and I have just published a test case that hyperlinks topics from a diagram back to the full document that it represents. Please take a look at this beta version idea, and let me know if presenting this way is helpful. https://sites.google.com/flextheory.com/flexedroadmaps/home

Hi Andre! I am not so technical in this topic, so I read only the roadmap at high level but also I lifting heavy with perfect form for years so I have some experience. My 2 cents: I really like the roadmap because summarizes the important points and if you try the routines you understand perfectly! I really like the flow from state to stage, I love when knowledge is built from the bottom. I like also the comparative table. The only suggestion that I come up with is that the window size is very limited so it is difficult to read and appreciate the full content; also (maybe) we can work on disposition: instead of forcing all into a vertical progressive document, maybe a roadmap that spans horizontally/vertically/zoom-in/zoom-out [check out "Miro board"] could be a great way to visualize this type of content (of course, if you think that progressive is enough it is good as it is). Thank you Andre!
Nerd Document Alert! FLE❌THEORY Muscle Adaptation Summary
#Muscle Adaptation Summary This took me way too long to reduce in size. It was previously 35 pages, and I had to give it more specific direction. The link below represents the FIRST of many documents that detail the methods, modalities, and meaning that originate with our intended outcomes. This document may get updated, but as a recovering perfectionist - I decided to share what was meaningful rather ruminate over what could be even better. Please use the link below, and learn more of the terminology that unfolds the strategies that make FLE❌THEORY successful and relevant as a lifestyle. It covers the following in detail: 1) The importance, structures, and processes of Hypertrophy (Muscle Growth) 2) The role of the structures and processes in developing Flexibility and Explosive Power 3) How this training leverages all of the above to combat Age Related Sarcopenia 4) How these attributes produce Athletic Longevity and superior movement in ALL of us There is also a glossary of terms, and links to source research. (Expect about 200 of these.) In order to keep appropriate groupings of the upcoming documents together and use better options to make the links cleaner, I created a Documentation Library area in the Classroom. Double Sessions & Feedbacks
Hi @Andre Victorian and eveyone! I Just finish my first week of training with 5 session of GGBB + Pike or HOF session. They are soooo intense but I immediately notice more “space” in my back and more strength and flexibility in hips flexors and hamstrings. What is your thought about doubling the combos GGBB+Pike/HOF in a day? Is it counterproductive in your opinion? (Ps. of course I training for Powerlifinting for 10 years and the last 1.5 year Martial art, so I am moderatevely trained)

Thank you Andre! So, in general, I can have multiple sessions per day of the combo or it is counterproductive? (Of course when I adapt to the exercise and so on)

Learn the first set of principles and processes 2) Begin Good Guys Build Backs (GGBB) start with #GGBB Session #1 10/9/2025 and repeat it 2-3x during a seven day period. 3) If you have shoulder issues, also start with #HYS: #1, which can be done with 2) without conflict, 2-3x during the same seven day period. 4) GGBB pairs exceptionally well with Hips of Fury. Begin #HOF One 9/19/2025 This is more intense work that begins strengthening your hips at length all the way around the sockets, and makes ALL of the straddle work more accessible. Same deal with 2-3x/week. 5) Enter the Straddle is perfect if you can sit in s straddle position with a 90 ° spread, and have the ability to lean forward and put your hands on the floor unassisted. #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 is the beginning of lifetime changes. Numbers 4) and 2) are exceptional to make this whole series far superior. Repeat all training choices twice weekly at a minimum. You will gain wisdom with the training that you repeat, and repeating it will give you more time to properly adapt. Expect to see noticeable positive changes after a couple of weeks of consistent work. Hi @Andre Victorian and everyone here! I’m Matte from Italy, a blue belt (beginner :P) Kyokushin Karate practioner! I found your content on a reel on Instagram and I really liked the fact that you focus on generate strength in streach positions… that was I looking for to build more explosive and higher kicks. I’m quite familiar with these concepts, power stretching, pnf ect that I’m practicing for some months…What I Miss Is a coherent, long term program and not bunch of movement that I repeat without any progression. Hope I will find it here! My bigger struggle Is in hips space and mobility. So I want to start with GGBB (When I will unlock it) and HOF! Finally it seems a great community with great people and athletes and I am exciting in partecipating as I can Stay strong guys, Thank you 💪🏻
