⭐ GUEST COMPLIMENT WALL
What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received from a guest? It could be: • A guest asking for you by name • A request to sit in your section • A thank-you note or card • A review mentioning your name • A compliment to your manager • A memorable moment you’ll never forget I’ll go first. One of the best compliments I ever received wasn’t a tip. It was a handwritten note from a guest thanking me for helping make their vacation special. I don’t remember exactly how much they tipped. But I still remember the note. Your turn. See you on the floor.
👋🏽 INTRODUCE YOURSELF
My name is Diego. I’ve been working in hospitality for over 20 years as a server, trainer, and manager. My goal is simple. To become the strongest hospitality professional I can be and help others do the same. Now it’s your turn. Tell us: • Your name • Your role • Years of experience • Your biggest goal right now See you on the floor.
💰 BIGGEST TIP EVER
What’s the biggest tip you’ve ever received? Tell us: • How much was it? • What happened? • What was the biggest lesson you learned? I’ll go first. My biggest tip was $600 while working on a Disney cruise. One of my guests had just won a large cash prize onboard. Later that evening, he walked into the dining room calling my name. He had been one of my guests throughout the cruise, and that night he left me a $600 tip. The biggest lesson? Guests may forget what you say and what you sell, but they never forget how you make them feel. Your turn. See you on the floor.
🚀 CAREER MILESTONES
What’s a career milestone you’re proud of? It could be: • Your first restaurant job • A promotion • A new position • Joining a great restaurant • Becoming a trainer or manager • Reaching a personal goal I’ll go first. One of my proudest career milestones was becoming a manager after more than 20 years in hospitality. The biggest lesson? Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one shift at a time. Your turn. See you on the floor.

🏅 WIN OF THE WEEK
What’s one win you had this week? Big or small, every step counts. It could be: • A great tip • A bottle of wine sold • A guest compliment • A new skill learned • A promotion • A successful shift I’ll go first. This week, I organized the structure of StrongServer and started building the roadmap for the community and classroom. The biggest lesson? Before you scale, you need a structure. Your turn. See you on the floor.
