We have dates coming up....

This year im making it a priority to meet you all, hold space and be as present as possible.

With that in mind ill be adding dates into the calendar and we have TWO coming up.

The Sovereign Women - this is women's circle where we can meet, share and support each other with whatever has come that we need to share, and have witnessed.

This will be hosted by me x

The Sovereign Man - this is a mens circles. It's a space for men to come together, share, and support each other. This is not coaching, its holding space, its judgement free, its support.

who is a fantastic soul, with a whole heap of lived experience, a curious mind and a big heart.

Ill be adding more random hangouts, mixed sessions, practices and as much fun, valuable and supportive things as possible.
