Bulk Listing Software is LIVE!!
Hey guys, After a long time in development, we've launched a tool that fully automates the listing process on Etsy & Shopify :D This is a huge step towards making an Etsy store both easier and more accessible to start. Over the past 2 years we've printed over 150,000 posters, and every single one of them was listed to Etsy manually. So while this tool isn't required to build a successful Etsy shop, it really will help. This is because a successful Etsy store comes down to two things: 1. Creating high quality posters that deserve to be framed in someone's home 2. Listing high quality products at scale This software takes the listing off your plate, so you can focus on what matters - creating high quality products :) If you have any product feedback, or bugs please email us on hey@printshrimp.com Max & Tom

PrintShrimp FAQs - Please Read!
Hey guys, Thought it might be useful to have a big old list of our FAQs. Please take a read through this and familiarise yourself with how we operate! How do I place my orders? Placing your orders is very simple with PrintShrimp. Unlike other platforms, we allow to create your products on your marketplace of choice, and then come to PrintShrimp for fulfillment. You can manually place orders, by filling in your customers address and uploading your print file. We also offer Etsy integration, allowing you to fulfill your orders with the click of a button. Head to the integration tab, connect your Etsy shop, and then click 'Import Orders' in your create order tab. We let you have the final say before fulfilling your order, so your shop is in your hands. When and how are my orders sent? Due to our extensive network of printers, it depends on the country of fulfilment. In the UK, we typically use Royal Mail 48. We use USPS Standard shipping in the USA, and AusPost Standard shipping in Australia. We print our orders on working days, but feel free to place your orders like normal on the weekends and they will be picked up and processed first thing on Monday. Our processing times vary from same day in the UK, to 2-3 days in other parts of the world. Please view of all of our processing and delivery times here. When can I expect to receive tracking numbers? You can normally expect your UK tracking numbers to become available at the end of the working day. In countries such as the US and also the EU, tracking is automatically added as soon as your order is shipped. You can see expected processing times, and therefore when you can expect your tracking, on our price table here. Please be aware that our locations open and operate in accordance with their respective time zones, and working days. The earlier in a day your order is placed, the faster we can get that order into production. Orders placed later in the day may not enter production until the next working day, due to when courier collections take place.
Side-angled mockups
Hey, I've been creating some mockups in Canva using ChatGPT. So far, it's going well, however I've come to do some side-on from an angle ones, and I can't get the image to sit correctly in the frame I've created, it's like it still uploads the rectangle rather than snapping the corners to the frame. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
Important Announcement! UK VAT & 20% OFF DISCOUNT 😎
Hello guys! Hope you are well and enjoying your poster selling journey. We have two big announcements today! First of all, we are now (finally) charging UK VAT. We should have done this a long time ago and have been absorbing the cost on our end - due to the nature of our business it took a long time to set up and we’ve actually been making a loss on UK orders xD VAT will be charged going forward on all UK print and framed print orders. However, subscription prices for our bulk listing software will STAY THE SAME! Whilst VAT will be charged, we will continue charging the same and essentially absorb the VAT. This does mean UK prices will increase by 20%. But don't panic, the expected profits we always refer to actually already includes 20% VAT being charged. So with our recommended pricing, you will still profit £24 for a 24x36" print and £60 for a 24x36" framed print! So don't panic about the increase, this still leaves you with plenty of room for profit, and we are still much more competitive than the competition, as they of course also have to charge VAT on top of the website prices they display :) HOWEVER, GOOD NEWS! To help soften the blow we are happy to announce a pretty major change, which is a discount on multi orders! Going forward, all print orders of 3+ prints will receive a 20% discount! This is for an order of 3 or more prints to the same customer. This can lead to a lot of extra profit in your guys pocket for bigger orders, and should make a really healthy difference to your take home figures. This is across ALL countries, not just the UK! These changes are both live now! As we say in the video, THANK YOU all for using PrintShrimp!! You guys are awesome. We love seeing you guys have more and more success each and every day. Not only have we been able to grow a business, we have been able to build a real community here. It blows our mind every day that we get to work on this each day! So thank you again. Keep killing it everyone!

First "Complaint" and 1 star review.... What are my next steps?
Had an order for a 30x40cm framed print, all went through OK..... that's when the problems started. The order was returned by the carrier in the US, when I asked the buyer for confirmation of the correct address she gave me a different address in the same town. No problem, people sometimes move address and don't update it on their online shopping so I raised it as a ticket with Printshrimp and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out, no additional charge. Get a message today, stating that only the poster has arrived with no frame! I email Tom and he asks for proof of packaging and the customer only sent me back a photo of the print, rolled up with no frame. I ask for a photo of the packaging showing the shipping label.... no response to that but the following review left..... "The 1st delivery arrived cash on delivery so I refused. The 2nd delivery arrived with no frame. Just an 11" print for $100+ and when I asked where the frame was they asked for proof. Who would pay $100+ for a computer printout and nothing else? I can promise ill be reporting a fraudulent sale to my credit card company." My question to all is, how would you handle this? I know not to respond to the feedback and I am not going to message the buyer as she has made her feelings know publicly. Annoying thing for me is I was doing everything I could to sort it out, my last message to her was "Thank you for sending that across to me and apologies for the ask, but they will need to see the tube that it was sent to you in as well, with the shipping label showing. I can then get that sent across and I am sure we can get this resolved as quickly as possible. I am as annoyed as you that this has happened but I can assure you I will do everything I can to sort it out. Thanks, Geoff" It was at this point she decided a 1 star review was the way to go. Just wondered what others would do??
