I have just listed my first POD item after 3 months of digital downloads only...eeek. I hope ive done it right, im a bit scared
Something I have only just noticed 😅
Just want to preface that this is definitely my fault for not properly cross examining my orders from Etsy to printshrimp 🥲 I just noticed today that the printshrimp Etsy integration doesn’t transfer over if a customer has placed an order with express shipping (which I charge £6 for, printshrimp charge £5 for 1st class tracked in the U.K.). I don’t often receive orders with priority shipping selected, so I think that may be how I’ve missed not one but TWO orders in the last week where they had selected priority shipping and this has not transferred over to my PS portal. Meaning they both ended up being shipped with standard 2nd class tracked. Definitely my fault but just thought I’d warn others to double check all your orders 😅 I never gave much thought as to whether the shipping upgrade transfers over, I think subconsciously I thought it would.

Appreciation Post
Just noticed that I went over 1000 prints with PrintShrimp today. With my first print being done on the 1st June 2025, this 6 month ride has been well rewarding and wild at times 💥. Thanks @Tom Beeston for the amazing platform and great service. Here's to the next 1000 prints!

Wrong order
Hi, I have just received a message of one of my buyers who has received the wrong print (not even a print I sell on my shop). I’m assuming the print has been messed up with someone else’s - how do I get this sorted please? Thanks!
A Guide To Resizing Your Poster Files
Hey guys, Just thought I'd make a more in depth video on how to correctly resize your poster files! We have now added it so in the portal, a warning message pops up when you upload the incorrect poster size. This is something very important to get right, as otherwise cropping will occur and your file will not look how you would like it to. If you're newer to selling posters, give this video a watch for a full explanation on what you need to do when it comes to resizing your artwork. Again, we recommend designing all of your posters in the A format, and redesigning at the point of sale. Otherwise it is a lot of upfront work!
