ChatGPT is saying not to include text on the poster image created in midjourney. I would rather not have to go to Canva. Is ChatGPT right?

Buyer gave me 3/5 star because although he liked the print , he should have ordered a bigger size. This is a crazy readon to give a mediocre review - any suggestions on next steps ?

Can someone offer me some advice on What to do next so I’m not out of pocket. Message from customer: “You need help with: An item is different from what I expected Your ideal resolution: return Note for seller: The rugby ball in the print just seems a little big and not to scale with the rest of the image. I’d like to return the item.” The print is the exact same as it is on the listing. Any suggestions on how I get this sorted? It’s a framed print
