Yes and no. For all countries except the UK, yes. For the UK you get a signed for number which you can use as tracking; it updates only on delivery. To be fully tracked you need to upgrade the shipping with £2. You find all the information here: https://printshrimp.com/pages/pricing

hi guys, I'm attempting to put together my first Etsy listing. I am going to sell 12 different sizes (plus frames). When adding the size variants, do I also have to add another variant for frame colour. This gives me 48 different variants to add SKUs to and appropriate prices. Is there any easier way to do this or do I just have to stick it out for the first one and then copy/paste listings? Thank you.

If you add the SKU to every individual variation, then the integration will not work. You only need to add the global sku to your listing.

@Reece Hardy you can only add two Variations. In one variation add the frames and print only, in the second variation add the sizes, then it will create all size and frame variations for you where you will then add the prices.

URGENT PLEASE HELP!!
Hi all, I have just sold my first set of 3 prints through my Etsy shop. Just pulled the order over to PrintShrimp and it's rejected the order saying set of 3 prints not supported. What do I do? Help please!!

Landscape question
Good afternoon, just wanted to find out if PrintShrimp also print photos as landscape as I have quite a few of my photographs that are and want to also put these on Etsy. Sorry another question, can I put my photographs on Canva as landscape, as they only seem to offer portrait (A4). All my graphics are photographs, which I want to sell as posters framed or unframed or put onto canvas which I’ve done for my home already via another source prior to setting up an Etsy account. Many thanks in advance for any help.

- Yes they print in landscape as well, just upload the file and they will print it accordingly. - In Canva create a custom size with A size dimensions (idk what size you’re after) and you will be able to have a Canva template in landscape

Sizing
Also when I make my poster in canva, how doni save them, what size and png, pdf etc None of this is in the training ? Also when design in midhourney etc so we need to be asking it resolutions etc

@Pearly Wispers not to sound nasty, but most information is already available here in the group, please use the search tool. If you really struggle with something in particular and you need video tutorials, I’m sure you will find at least one video on YouTube. Don’t expect to be taken by the hand if you really want to succeed. Training available in the classroom is more than detailed, but you need to put your work into it if you want to learn how to do this.
