Shipping
I just got a tracking number for an order placed going to Argentina. I was under the impression that these would have been shipped from the US? The carrier is Royal Mail so presumably that means it’s being shipped from the UK? Wouldn’t be to keen on any South America orders having to cross the Atlantic Ocean TBH seems a tad counter intuitive when PS have locations in the US.

Ok I should have been clearer. Any international orders from countries excluding the US, Canada, EU and Australia, are printed and shipped from the UK.

@Joe Caffrey that’s how they operate. Not for me to question that. Countries with most sales are covered, so I’m not bothered enough by rest of the world to care how long the orders take to arrive. Maybe when they will expand the network they will switch to that, idk.
January sales drop
Hi all. I wondered peoples experience on there sales dropping in January. I made my 4th sale today which I was shocked about due to the time of year. I only started in December. Do people see a significant drop in Jan?

Advice on POD
Hi guys, I’m new to the whole selling on Etsy thing! I was hoping everyone could share common tips or helpful pointers as to what I could do to improve my shop. It could be anything from small to big. (I do realise I don’t have enough listings as of yet but I wanted to optimise strategy before continuing). If you can, please share what style of wall art commonly sell for you, that would help massively!!

Welcome. Feel free to complete de classroom courses if you haven’t done so, once you’ve done that, there is plenty of advice available in here, simply use the search bar. As for the niche, focus on your interests and you will eventually break through as this is what will keep you going in the long run, avoid copying others just because they are successful, find your own identity.
Ad spend
My shop is still very young with only 140 listings and I believe I see natural growth from my listings I upload regularly rather than ad spend and at £3 a day is it really worth it while I’ve still got a level of natural organic growth, I got £1000 revenue and 4.2% conversion rate in the last 30 days but feel I don’t have any ad strategy and just have it on for the sake of it really. Think I’d feel better in my head not thinking I have to make a sale every day to justify ad spend especially when a lot of sales are smaller posters

@Vitalii Antoshchuk as much as I would love to, I won’t, as I did it in the very beginning and it got copied. I would like to avoid that. It looks exactly how you would imagine based on all the shop feedbacks I gave here.
