Linking Etsy shop
Hi, I have linked my Etsy shop with printshrimp, does this mean when someone orders one of my posters I can just click “import orders” and the size and everything else that the customer has selected will all be there ? I’m confused on how printshrimp will be able to print it when Etsy won’t allow me to add a file to the actual listing. I’ve watched the videos, however I’m still confused 🤣🤦🏻♂️

@Jack Gowan people are not getting answers because 99% of the questions have been answered more than once. People want tailored answers to their specific problem. Using the search bar as you said they will get their problem answered. In the past week I’ve seen the same questions asked back to back, two separate threads by two different people about the same issue as an example. For this reason I stopped answering questions.

Tracking number
How long does it usually take for printshrimp to send off the poster and give you a tracking number, ordered early Sunday but nothing yet.

Sunday doesn’t count as they don’t work on Sunday. Any order placed after Friday afternoon will be processed on Monday. For the rest feel free to use the tool in the link. https://www.printshrimp.com/pricing

@Jack Gowan I guess your order is in the EU? I have one order placed on Monday to France and is in the same situation, had an order last week the same. If you opened the case, wait until tomorrow, you won’t get an answer until then.

Low Star Rating Response
Hello, wondering if anyone has advice for when you get a low 1-2 star review for "print quality." As you know this can really affect business. Any good messages to send to them to maybe get a change in review?

Search “bad review” at the top of the group search bar and some threads will show up. No point explaining if there’s no real example.

@Adam Knauer ok thank you for clarifying. If you haven’t done it by now, reach out to the customer and ask for some details as it will help you improve your service. Depending on the issue you can action accordingly, but not until you know more details, as the review is very vague.

Switzerland order
Who should I put as the delivery company for a poster going to Switzerland? I also hadn’t anticipated the ROW shipping cost, so have made about 5p from this sale 😅

@Emilie Wilson that’s not what I asked. Anyway it seems rather low for whatever size you’re offering. Bear in mind that you need to pay PrintShrimp £8.49 flat for shipping on ROW countries, which includes Switzerland. Also, Etsy will also put a fee on the shipping as well so keep that in mind as well.

@Emilie Wilson perhaps I should have phrased it better 🤣. Do you have shipping profile set-up for all countries? Because if you do, you don’t have to. Simply set-up shipping only for countries which PrintShrimp is offering free shipping to and you can either charge something or leave them as free shipping, and leave the rest which are not in the list as Everywhere else and charge shipping fee for it.
