Hey I wonder if anyone has experienced similar or can help me. I have realised that my Etsy shop prices are a little muddled up. So my prints without a frame prices are all okay and as they should be. However, the prices with a frame are the same as the ones without a frame, which of course is not good at all. I have started off by following a video from the printshrimp website to try and fix this. And if anyone has followed this ‘changing of prices bulk listing’ video you’ll know what I’m talking about. I have now changed all of my posters over to £50 to then upload them to printshrimp and change the prices on all of the prints at once. This is where I have come stuck! All of my prints are at £50 still but they won’t upload to my printshrimp profile, and I’m really not sure what I’m doing wrong. If anyone has any tips or knows how to help me, please can you let me know. As I’m currently sat with all of my prints at £50, and still haven’t fixed my issue. Thank you for your help in advance 🥰

Also, for the record, we’re constantly changing stuff. In the last month alone we’ve launched: - Bundles: sell sets of prints as one listing - Third variation in bulk listing - Phone friendly pages - Fine art - Square frames (this week) - Better AI titles and descriptions - Switching between accounts without logging out - Uploading 2:3, 4:5 ratios to bulk listing - More API capability - Probably about 500 bug fixes 😂 Please, anything you think that can be improved - let us know! Ok, so I assume the bulk mock up is for anyone that does not want to use the bulk listing tool (where the mock-ups are part of the process). Essentially it is for those that want good mock-ups but list to Etsy manually or want to post to other sites like shopify. What I want to achieve is this: I want to change small design details on some posters and update the mock-up images on Etsy without deleting the whole listing and starting again (I did this to a lot of my listings recently due to a trademark infringement so became paranoid about the smallest details that could make it happen again so changed 40 images but deleted and reposted them. But what also happened was that I completely messed up any SEO and traction that I'd got for my favourited designs, so they have completely tanked since. Things are now picking up again but I realise I probably did it the wrong way and could have kept my actual listings in place but just changed the images, but was not sure how to go about it, so deleted them from Etsy and my PS files and re-loaded again through the bulk listing tool which ate a lot of my credits but also I ruined my best viewed posters traction and results (as the reloads were assinged new titles, tags etc). Essentially starting from scratch. So my question is, can I use the bulk mock up tool to make a change to the mock up elements of each listing only (to swap out the original images and load up new ones in their place without doing any damage to the listing stats and views etc). Hope that makes sense! Maybe it is not possible, but would like to find out what others do?

I just wanted to thank the Printshrimp guys, you've completely WOW'd me today. I had to do a reprint for the first time yesterday (a misspelling on the design🙈) and it took the customer two days to respond to my messages back to her, to say I had updated the file and wanted her to OK it before sending it for a re-print). She then said yesterday that she needed it by Thursday 😱. News to me at this late stage. However, due to the Revolute issue yesterday I couldn't get the order through until nearly 2pm. When I did get it through, I paid for priority delivery just to make sure it arrived (still with my fingers crossed). I need not have worried. To my amazement, less than 24 hours later it was delivered to her! I joked to my friend that everyone expects next day delivery due to Amazon Prime delivery speed, by guess what, you can now call me Janazon 😏😂

Hi I have just subscribed to the £20 monthly mockup tool. The templates are not in any form of order and its not easy to tell which is for showing an A3 design compared to an 12 x 18 inch design etc. Is there anyway to be able to add a fav list so you can easily find the templates you want to use again or do you have to keep scrolling through to try and find the ones you have previously used, any tips would be much appreciated as I do like to be able to create multiple mockups at the same time, Thanks
