What does everyone think of this idea..... https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/4304779706/ On one hand, I think it is a great idea, pin this at the top of the page, then if anyone wants a digital download only it is available to them. On the other hand, I don't want to detract away from purchasing a physical product. But, a sale would be a sale, right?? What's everyone elses thoughts??

I assume that we don't need to do anything with the Etsy IOSS Number that is given when we make a sale to a European company, as this seems to me to suggest it should be on a package being sent from the UK to an EU company, but as it is printed and shipped from abroad, then no need to worry?? This is the second time I have been given this, first time I did nothing and got no feedback from the buyer so assumed everything was OK? But thought I would check on here, see if anyone else has had any issue with this? @Tom Beeston

Can someone offer me some advice on What to do next so I’m not out of pocket. Message from customer: “You need help with: An item is different from what I expected Your ideal resolution: return Note for seller: The rugby ball in the print just seems a little big and not to scale with the rest of the image. Hi Everyone, A bit of advice needed regarding price points and sales & discounts. My prints start at £21.99 for an A4, I also have a 20% OFF sale currently running so my prices start at £17.59. This is still not resulting in many sales but I am getting plenty of visitors to my shop but they are not buying. Do you recommend lowering the prices a little and keeping the sale or lowering the prices a lot and maybe 10% OFF sale or stop the Etsy Offsite Ads and lower the price by the 15% I save. There are loads of scenarios so I would like you opinions on what methods have and have not worked for you.
