Hi folks. Stumbled upon PrintShrimp after researching POD services. Long story short, Gelato has screwed me over royally with 5 orders in the past 2 weeks. Orders have either gone missing, been damaged, or the quality sucked. One was sat “in production” for almost a fortnight. It’s been a nightmare. They also use EVRI for UK delivery. The prices are amazing, but the consistency is diabolical. Any way, I am going to try PrintShrimp but just need clarity on 2 things: A. Why isn’t there a preview and or a fit/fill canvas page? I have tested Artelo and Papello (not financially viable for me unless I increase my prices substantially), and they have this as standard. As do the majority of other POD services. IMO this needs to be implemented. B. When will the framed options be available? I’m having a very busy time and I need to plan ahead. There’s no point in me uploading over 200 prints and linking my Etsy shop if this isn’t something that will be available for months. Ideally I don’t want to arse around using multiple PODs, one for UK prints, one for framed orders etc. I’d much rather use PS to fulfil EVERYTHING if all goes well! Thanks in advance.

Hey people! I'm setting up a website where I give users tools to design nice pieces of artwork, and once they are happy with their creations, they can order them as posters; and this is where printshrimp comes into play... I noticed the order portal is set up to have a set of products in my products section (with the option of bulk uploading them), and then I think I should opt for bulk orders by sending the csv, or actually using the API and integrating it in my website... My issue is that (apart from a few standard pieces I will be selling) all the generated artwork will be unique and most probably used only once by the user who created it, so it wouldn't be a permanent product in my "My Products" section... I was wondering if anyone had experience with something similar, and what's the most appropriate structure for this type of project. Thank you all in advance!

Is everyone stating that their posters arrive rolled up in high quality tubes? I have reason to believe that’s not always the case for some printers in the US.
