Have you seen your prints?
Has anyone actually seen one of their prints in real life? I’ve launched a shop this week and intrigued to see what they look like. https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/MelonPrintsStudio

@Rich Evans yea the guinness too ;) you can probably fix them for now just for the monster cans just a green kitty face instead of the M and remove the monster wording, that would hint at monster without being monster.

Is AI art becoming too saturated?
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some honest thoughts from people who sell digital products, printable art, or AI-assisted designs on Etsy. Do you think AI art on Etsy still has long-term potential, or is it becoming too saturated? I’m also wondering whether the next generation of buyers may start avoiding AI-generated art, either because it feels less authentic, too common, or because they prefer human-made/handmade work. For anyone selling in this space, what would you focus on now? Would you lean more into personalization, bundles, physical products, templates, stronger branding, human-edited designs, or moving into a different niche altogether? I’d appreciate any honest opinions from people who have seen trends rise and fall on Etsy

@Ata Ata to be fair AI art has driven down the price of some originals im not talking a super detailed oil painting that has taken months but the smaller watercolours and stuff are getting cheaper, you are always going to get the haters tho. Advances in technology always have the same problems especially in the arts it wont be long till its treated like everything else. The only thing i hate about AI even tho i love AI is the environmental cost.. and the fact i would need a second mortgage if i wanted some more RAM for my PC.. lol

Public Domain Images
Hello everyone new to the group, just going through the material, can anyone tell me if Public Domain Images are free to use on Etsy or would it be a trademark violation? TIA

Just make sure it is public domain, a quick search will tell you if someones work is in the public domain if you are unsure. Don't be like one of my web clients who thought it was public domain cos it was in google image search ...*eye twitch* 'why have i got this legal letter?' 'Because you're a moron'
