Hello there, from NorthEast Wisconsin! I just started working with Michael to get my health back on track. I’ve got some major weight to loose and strength to build back after 5 years of sedentary, high stress lifestyle coupled with garbage nutrition and unconscious stress eating. Looking forward to building, and connecting with others who are also building sustainable healthy routines to feel and perform at their best! Favorite movie… there are so many. All time fav though is Top Gun & Top Gun Maverick. I think they are the all time best movies to ever hit the box office.

Hi Everyone! My name is Mark, I’m from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦, and my current hypothesis is I’m Michael Deans favourite Canadian. Not a fact; just a theory. I am hoping to build my strength and become jacked just for fun. also motivated to have a life of longevity and a deeper connection with myself psychosomatically. 🌈✌🏻 I maintain a private clinical practice as a registered psychotherapist (psychoanalyst), so movement is a great way to take care of me as restructuring peoples psyches for a living asks a great deal. 🤯 My fav movie is a toss up between lord of the rings or any studio ghibli movie depending on my mood! 🍿 I look forward to getting to know folks!
