Day 7 - Keep Showing Up 💪
We’re 7 days into the challenge already 👊 You’ve probably heard it takes about 21 days to build a habit and around 66 days for it to stick. Whatever the exact number is, the main thing is that consistency takes time. If you’ve made it this far, nice work. And if you’ve had to restart, just keep going - that’s part of it too. No shortcuts, just showing up every day. How’s the challenge going so far? Comment below 👇

Yesterday's workout had a superset that included 3 sets of pushups to failure. It was quite a struggle, but I kept this challenge in mind, and it got me through it. Thanks for the motivation, Coach!!
Shirt Size Check 👀
Random question - what size t-shirt do you wear? 🤔 Just taking a quick poll...

Before I started your program I was definitely a medium. But because of your intense upper body workouts, I’m starting to bust out of those shirts. I’m not quite at a large yet though. Does TLF make shirts in a size “ledium”???
Day 1 Check-in 👊
Starting is usually the hardest part when it comes to building a habit or routine, so I want to see who pushed through that hard part and officially got day 1 done ✅ Drop a comment below if you completed it and let me know how the start went. Let’s keep the momentum going! 🚀

@Robert Tavarez I walked the final 60 kilometers of the Camino in November. You’ll love it. Which route are you taking? Morning mass is the best way to start your day. It sets the tone for success and happiness!
10-Day Consistency Challenge
Most people say they want to be more consistent… but when it actually comes down to showing up every day, that’s where it falls apart. So here’s the question: are you actually about it? 👊 This 10 day consistency challenge starts tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th. It’s simple on paper. Push ups, movement, reading. That’s it. But can you really show up and do it 10 days straight without missing? No excuses, no negotiating, no “I’ll make it up tomorrow.” 🔥 I’m doing it with you. I’ll be posting my progress every day inside the Movement Lab, and I want you doing the same. Hold yourself accountable, and don’t let the group slip either. 🤝 Are you in or are you sitting this one out? ⚡

Goal achievement
Today mark a big milestone for me. When I started to workout with Mike, I wasn’t in an healthy period in my life. I was taking two blood pressure pills everyday, I was doing heart condition tests. In January 2025 I decided that I wanted to change my life, my work consisted to be always on the road, having events all the time so drinking wine everyday and it became an habit. I decided to go sober completely for an entire 8 months because I wanted to focus to be the best version on myself and I was starting to enjoy that feeling of being effective and energetic all the time. Training and being healthy became a priority. I gave myself 6 months to lose 20 pounds, which was short. I had already lost 5 pounds before working with Mike. Life is crazy, work became more and more intense but I did not gave up and doing the best that I can considering all my obligations with traveling. Mike stayed available all the time and decided to keep working with me. Today I’ve reach my goal that we had set when we met, not as fast as I wanted but I did it. Meal prep, working out and also Mike taught me not to be obsessive and enjoying life is ok. So I’m being vulnerable with that post and wanted to show the before and after pic. Officially down 25 pounds since December 2024. I feel that I am more than that because I wear clothes that I was able to wear when I was lighter than 185. I feel good, confident, proud and bless to have found a community that I can share those milestones. Here are my before and after (got hair also I had an hair transplant in turkey 😂) Thank you Mike !!! (Sorry for the mistakes, I’m French so writing in English is not my main language)

Great job Michael. It’s good that you see this as a long term journey rather than just a quick fix. Trust the program and stick with it. It definitely pays off.
