If you're just joining, be sure to introduce yourself! 👋 I’m Michael. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. I spent 7 years in New York City, then made my way back to Tennessee during the pandemic. I’ve been training for over 14 years now, so at this point it’s just part of who I am. My favorite dessert is donuts 🍩 Glad to have all of you here. Let’s keep building this thing 💪

Hello all- I'm Warren Short, from Arlington, VA, and sometimes the Northern Neck of VA, and sometimes Bozeman, MT. Being a retired architect I love working on old houses and spending time with our kids and granddaughter. Many years at the drawing table resulted in a huge need to lose weight and get fit to enjoy activities with family and friends. Activities? Hiking, biking, and travel, and hopefully more camping. These first 9 or 10 weeks of working with Michael and Myles have been great, I'm now stronger and more flexible/agile, but there is a ways to go. Favorite dessert? between key lime pie, banana pudding, and red velvet cake. Pls don't make me choose just one.

DAYYY 10!! 🔥 Went all out and completed 64 push-ups myself 🥵 Big congrats to everyone who made it through the challenge - 10 days of showing up, stacking wins, and building discipline 💪 Proud of everyone who stuck with it - let’s finish strong and keep the momentum going 🚀

Day 3 redo- maxed out my push-ups at 37. Got in my reading plus beach walk and then a lighthouse (110 ft high) climb. All good!

Almost there... ⏳ We’re close to the finish line! It’s not about perfect days; it’s about showing up anyway and building real discipline 👊 What’s been the toughest part for you so far? We’re 7 days into the challenge already 👊 You’ve probably heard it takes about 21 days to build a habit and around 66 days for it to stick. Whatever the exact number is, the main thing is that consistency takes time. If you’ve made it this far, nice work. And if you’ve had to restart, just keep going - that’s part of it too.
