Sehri: 3 boiled eggs 🄚 250g yogurt 2 sandwiches Some almonds 1 cup chai ā˜• Good balanced start — protein + fats + carbs. Iftar: 1 bowl chana chaat 1 bowl fruit chaat šŸ‰šŸŽ Sweet cheat → Qulfa ice cream šŸ¦ Late night → had some pulao. Overall day was good, meals were decent, energy also stable. šŸŒ Eid Mubarak in Advance to All Foreign Community Members No matter where you are in the world… fasting in long hours, managing work, studies, loneliness, or family responsibilities — you did it. May Allah accept every single roza 🤲 May Allah accept every dua you whispered in tired moments. May Allah accept every prayer you offered even when energy was low. May Allah fulfill the wishes you have been carrying silently in your heart. May He put barakah in your health, rizq, career, relationships and goals.
