Start day with warm water by adding half lemon and half tsp organic hòney, Sehri with half pratha and omellete with cup of tea, then took 3 khajoor with cold milk, In iftari 3 dates and glass of water and half glass milk adding tukhm malanga and rooh afza then gap of namaz, after it plate of Qeema pulao (mutton qeema) 3 tbsp dahi bondi, 2 chicken pakoras 2 inch in size, then go for a walk in street, I took nap for an half hour bht sust prgae thi, Then after isha half bowl of mixed fruit chaat, clean kitchen, (usually i clean immediate after finishing eating iftari coz khanna sath kha liya jata and husband burton wgera smaitwa k nikal jate and phir me clean kr k walk pe jati other wise kch r kaam kr leti,) Then before bed green tea with few drops of lemon, Steps around 5200, Water in take 6 and half mug and one mug nabeez

Start day with warm water by adding pinch of cinamon powder and half tsp organic hòney, Sehri with 1 roti adding in milk and half boil egg with cup of tea, then took 1 khajoor with water, In iftari 3 dates and glass of water then gap of namaz, after it plate of mutton pulao 2 tbsp dahi bondi, 2 tbsp channa chat without yogurt, then go for a walk, Then after isha half bowl of mixed fruut chaat, Then before bed green tea with few drops of lemon, Steps around 6500, Water in take 8 and half mug
