Suhoor: one boiled egg and a slice of bread with peanut butter Water intake: 5- 6 glasses Iftar: 2 dates+ 2 glasses chia seeds water A small bowl of mixed lentils soup Dinner: A small bowl of hyderabadi mutton haleem and 6 spoons of biryani rice with 4 pieces of chicken 65. Steamed broccoli n carrots as salad. A cup of coffee and hour later Water intake: 6- 7 glasses

28th Iftar /Dinner
Date Water Fruit chaat Chana chaat 2 spring roll (air fried ) 1 pakora After 1 hour half cup milk coffee ☕️ with stevia 7 glass water Dinner 🥘 Chichken tikka 1 spoon desi ghee Pratha Dahi 40 minutes walk Praying for everyone’s safety 🤲🏻😒
