Day 15 - Suggestion needed
Last Night / Dinner: Chicken karahi + chicken malai, 2 chapatis + half aloo naan + 1ā2 slices of bread. Heavy but satisfying meal. Sehri: 2 boiled eggs, Half naan, Half cup chai. Light but manageable. Iftar: Chana + fruit/veggie chaat mix, 2 dates. Went to gym, then Tauseq dropped a cheat dawat š Dahi vada, rolls, samosa, pakoras. Instant carbs hit. Post-workout: 2 scoops Anabolic Mass, Finished leftover chana chaat, Cup of coffee. Then straight sleep till Sehri. Overall: messy structure, but still consistent.
