Ramadan Day 3
Iftar: 2 dates with a glass of warm water. Few bites of Chana chaat( yesterday's leftover). Half pear Later 1 glass of warm water with chia seeds. Dinner: Water before meals : 1 glass warm water Besan and ragi flour + veggies pancakes, a boiled egg and a small bowl of lentil soup for protein. A bowl of salad greens. Later a glass of warm water after 15 min. Post meal walk ✅️ After 45 min, a cup of black coffee with zero calorie sugar.
