Eid Day 2 (Day 78)
Hmre akabir kehte hain k hmre aamal k qubooliyath ki nishani yeh hai k hum un aamal k baad b unko consistently karte rahe, chahe woh namaz ho roza ya phir hajj ya umrah mein kiye Jane wale aamal. Ramadan ka mahina toh khatam hua lekin Ramadan mein kiye hue aamaal aur hmri ibadatein qubool hone ki nishani yeh hai k hum Ramadan k baad bhi baqi k mahino mein unko consistently karte rahe chahe thoda hi kyun na ho, in shaa Allah. So IMO..... jaisi consistency hum ne apni ibadaton mein dikhayi hai aur hmre routine mein, jaise clean n mindful eating aur active rehne mein wahi Ramadan k baad b jari rehni chahiye..... what do u all think? Do share ur opinions Maine toh toh apne roze phir se shuru kardiye....Alhamdulillah So in Sehri: one boiled egg, besan chila with yogurt, steamed broccoli and mixed lentil soup. Total water intake : 4 glasses. Post meal walk: 30 min ✅️

Eid Day
Alhamdulillah Day went well..... was down with migraine for the first half of the day then gathered up strength to prepare food for the lunch n dinner. Didn't go anywhere outside., as it was friday and weekday. (Hmre paas eid weekday par ho toh uske celebrations/ mel milap usually weekend par karte hain) So, Was home all day. Ate everything mindful and in controlled portion. Breakfast: one n half boiled egg. Lunch: steamed veggies and rice with mutton curry. Dinner: steamed veggies, chicken biryani. Ate sweets and dessert but just few bites. mithai aur seiwayyan b khush aur hmre sweetheart tooth cravings b khush..... 😉😁 Water intake: 6-7 glasses

Breakfast: 2 glass water,eggs omlette with toasted bread,half bowl sheerkhurma Walk:15 mins Lunch:2 glass water,mutton brown with roti,salad and raita Snack: chai with 2 biscuit @Irsa Saeed apko bht yaad kiya😂 Walk:30 minutes Dinner:2 glass water,beef qeema with roti and half bowl of yogurt Walk after dinner: 40 mins Water intake:3 litre Steps:9k
