If You Could Talk to Yourself One Year Ago… What Would You Say?
Pause for a second. Think about where you were exactly one year ago. Your habits. Your mindset. Your struggles. Your excuses. Your goals. Now look at yourself today. Some things improved. Some things stayed the same. Some things… you’re still “working on.” And that’s where this question hits: If you could go back and give yourself ONE piece of advice… what would it be? Would you say: • “Start earlier.” • “Stop overthinking.” • “Be consistent, not perfect.” • “Take your health seriously.” • “Don’t wait for motivation.” • “You’re wasting time.” Because here’s the truth most people ignore: The advice you’d give your past self… is exactly what your current self still needs to follow. Reality Check A year from now, you’ll either say: “I’m so glad I stayed consistent.” or “I wish I had started when I had the chance.” There’s no third option. Well the weight won’t come off easily because of hypothyroidism .. I am working hard and when I step on the scale I see an increase on the numbers. … breaks my heart a little bit. .. but I know with continues effort and dedication hopefully I will meet my goals. … Do pray for me everyone . It’s heartbreaking but it’s not going to stop me from trying over and over again. I have a different mindset now of not giving up no matter what .. and my eating habits have tried to change too.

Breakfast One egg omelette two slice Lunch Chicken spaghetti Dinner Half roti with Alu salan + 3spoon rice +2chicken piece Did cheating today by eating 4 zeera plus biscuit with tea As it was a rest day ...off from workout steps both I did 5k just to move my body after meals Ready for the next week 💪what's one goal you will work on upcoming week Do share
