โจ Monslay Reflection โจ
Not a fitness post todayโฆbut a real life reminder that recognition matters. Iโm a huge advocate for acknowledging people when they go above and beyondโฆespecially in situations where they technically donโt have to help you. Living in an Home Owners Association (HOA) can sometimes be frustrating with delays, communication gaps, and waiting on approvals. But one employee took the time to listen, follow up, and help me find answers even though my issue wasnโt even his assigned area. That simple gesture made me feel valued and heard during a stressful situation. We often talk about accountability, leadership, and community inside BBBโฆ but those values apply everywhere in life: work, family, friendships, and even your neighborhood HOA. Sometimes people think recognition only matters for huge accomplishments. Honestly? Some of the biggest impacts come from small acts of kindness, communication, and simply caring enough to help someone. If someone has positively impacted you lately, tell them. Advocate for good people. Recognition costs nothing but can mean everything to someone. ๐
