Working out was really brutal today.
I didn’t do it first thing in the morning and ended up cleaning the kitchen instead.
I then made my breakfast and ended up having work issue all day.
I enjoyed my lunch and snack.
As soon as work was done I started on my workout and the first exercise gave me a massive headache that did not go away.
It even made me nauseous 🤢
I didn’t finish it in the end but not sure how I feel about eating diner now.
