💬 Post-Q&A Reality Check (aka: Dropping the Social Eating Bomb 💣😂)
After my LIVE Q&A call with Coach Darren, I shared our convo with my partner—and let’s just say… it got real, real quick 😅 I started with: “Coach Darren answered my question on the LIVE Q&A and said I already have a head start going into the F45 6-week challenge with everything I’m already doing.” Since it’s only 6 weeks, my goal isn’t to burn myself out—but to challenge myself and maximize fat loss while keeping muscle. His advice? 👉 Don’t overcomplicate it. 👉 Keep doing what I’m already doing. 👉 Add more steps. Then came the 💣 Coach Darren also suggested cutting back on social meals to get better results. So I told my partner: “I’ll make ONE exception—the steakhouse in February for your birthday 🥩🎂. Other than that, I’m politely declining social eating until the challenge is done.” He looked at me, paused… and said: “That’s fine. I’m a little sad you won’t participate, BUT it also puts my butt in line to be successful since my social-eating buddy is going on another crazy challenge 😂.” 🏆 Teamwork looks different sometimes—but support is support ❤️ Six weeks of focus, clear boundaries, and a supportive partner = unlocked Let’s go 🔓🔥💪

Nice to have a supportive partner ~
Day 1
On my way to 20% body fat! I am getting much better about hitting my target daily protein since joining this group, but I've realized that I don't get enough fiber in my diet so I'm going to be more mindful about that. I know I have to run errands today so I made myself this snack pack to-go with hard boiled eggs, carrots, blueberries, and pistachios. Started my day with a fairlife chocolate protein shake and an apple. ☺️

I don’t get enough fiber also. I will eat more tomorrow. Thanks for your post.
Allow Me to Introduce Myself
Hi, I’m Priscilla and located in Seattle, Washington. My main fitness goal is to learn more about nutrition to support body fat loss. I’m aiming for healthy longevity! My death row meal would be a medium rare steak, buttery mashed potatoes with white gravy, and roasted asparagus with lemon. I’m originally from Oklahoma. So my dessert would have to be a hot fudge brownie sundae from Braums.

Welcome! 🤗
Taking the first step
Name & where you’re from Hi everyone, I am Daphanie and I am from Singapore. My main fitness goal right now is to find the way that suits me for me to lose weight and tone up sustainably. I used to have very poor relationship with food and workout, and it took me a few years to re-learn that. Also tried many unstainable and dreadful ways to lose weight. Though I lost the numbers, I was feeling miserable. So here I am, trying to learn and hopefully find that sweet spot for me. Ok so if I was on a death row, my last meal would be some kind of soup. Keeps me warm before the body turns cold from death.🤭

I strongly believe that the contents in the classroom section, including the 5-day sprint, will be very useful to you. 🥇
One small win yesterday
this year, I committed to walking 8000 steps daily, and yesterday, I was in a rush and forgot to do the steps, and only had 10 minutes to get in my steps. Ended up going for a sprint on the treadmill for 10 minutes to get in 3000 steps and stayed true to my commitment!
