Tingeling feeling..
So... a question.. After a while walking/running I get this tingeling feeling in my hands and feet as if the body parts doesn't get enough oxygen (nothing new though). Adding to that, they get swollen as if the lymfatic system is mal functioning. It probably is, right? Is it a normal feeling until I get more used to running? I have never got passed that..

Weighted walks
I wasn’t sure if I should/could add weights to my walks because I can’t do much running. I wanted to give it a try but didn’t want to invest money unnecessarily. So I randomly decided to pack our glass jars and walked to our local recycling center. Usually I would just drive there but yesterday morning felt different, so I gave it a shot and ended up walking the whole way of 1km! WITH FREAKING 2 BAGS πŸ€ͺπŸ˜‚ My heart rate increased to 156 max and my pace slowed down by a minute. But overall it felt great to go all the way and I now want to take a further look into weighted walks. It’s most likely best to start with smaller weights (I really feel my muscles today) but which ones are best to use? Like a vest or dumbbells? Wrist or ankle weights? What are you guys thoughts and if you have weights yourself which ones do you use?

πŸŽ’ I am not sure if my favorite method will work for your situation. πŸšΆπŸ‘Ÿ Usually, I just walk during my normal daily routine instead of exercising (walk) intentionally. 🦿 πŸ’§ I must carry my things and water because I need to stay hydrated. πŸŽ’ Therefore, I often end up walking with an accidental weighted vest. 🦺 Perhaps you can consider using a backpack filled with water bottles. 🚰🧴 It is very easy to calculate because one liter equals one kilogram. βš–οΈπŸ₯› Whenever you feel thirsty, you can simply drink the water. πŸ˜‹ πŸ‘ You got this! 🌟
