Looking back..
Was enjoying a new route today, again. Walked 8,5 km, lovely weather and a detemined mind to get my steps in for the day. But I have also looked back on photos from three and two years ago (thinking about goals and looking at myself in the mirror makes things to the mind 😅) Saw the big change I've made the last year! I do not enjoy showing pictures of myself usually but this is definetly a win. 15 kgs between the pictures and I have at least 10 kgs more to loose for a healthy life. And it's actually not about the kilos, but the heart and the joints..

Finally hitting my stride!
After weeks of weird life that turned me into a turtle runner, Popeye without spinach and generally the energizer bunny with dying batteries, I think I have finally figured out my problem and I am almost back to normal me. I am about 10 days into my 8 weeks of sleep deficit and I am doing okay! I got up and ran this morning (beautiful morning!) and ran at normal pace for the first time in a while, yay! I am off to work again today, although I am tired, I will make it through!

Hii! I start fasting today until the 27th of March and have decided I’m not going to slack off. So I’m here to ask if you’d want to be my accountability partner(s)? The plan is to stay consistent with the following: - Hydrate - 2.3L water - 90 minutes of movement - Minimum 4 workout sessions between today and 27th - Minimum 8500 steps a day. Fri 20 Mar - Hydration ✅ 2.3L++ - Steps ✅ 12720 / 8500 - Movement ✅ 157 / 90 - Workout 2/4 Correct me if I’m wrong, but you’re only eating one meal a day this week—avoiding meat, grains, and legumes, etc. It's impressive that you’re still hitting your step and active minute goals under those conditions! If I tried that, I probably wouldn’t even manage half of what you’re doing. You are truly outstanding! Please sleep more tonight ~ 😴

Today is EID ✨
Eid Mubarak and happy holidays may Allah accept our prayers and mostly accept us 🎉... To day was the waiting day supposedly,it was EID and happy day, beauty all over the inside and outside the house, fit outfit💅 girlies vibes family reunion everything was not perfect honestly but satisfying 🩷and me was on cloud not the nine but one of them 2 months with 0 sugar in my diet, now is time to visit the laboratory for medical checking just a bit patience but NO , I'm always 2 steps ahead 😌 and that's not a complement 😒 This was literally my morning coffee it supposed to be safe no drama safia just get you bitter twin soul black coffee and happy eid for all, no 🙂not me, my sister cut 1/6 homemade chocolate cake and served it to me with that look of " just today a bit of it 🥺" i was like i can have some small🤏 tsp right🙃!! Literally 4 tsp the smallest one 🙂 yum yum delicious😍 then i was on phone sending kisses and happy wishes to my nephews next thing i felt was a lightning attack on my head, and already seeing double 😭 the hall room was spinning 😮‍💨 my mum had an emergency resolution for me 🙄 "Wormwood" it has a magical affect for reducing sugar blood last month my sugar blood was good as start it was 1 month without sugar i thought well it has been 2 months maybe i can just test the water🙁 the water was spinning I don't know if it's just the lack of sugar tast for so long or is it IT, the bloody blood sugar levels are still wrong to deal with 😌 well i guess my divorce case is no soon to be solved Any how 😇 happy EID everyone 🌸
