He said yes š I told him: š Donāt punish yourself with extra cardio or starving tomorrow š That just leads to burnout and feeling miserable Instead: ⨠Enjoy what you ate today ⨠Tomorrow ā go back to your normal routine ⨠Hit your protein goals ⨠Train like you normally do BUT hereās the game changer š š¶āāļø Daily steps (minimum 7K, no rest days) Thatās what actually drives consistent fat loss without exhaustion.
