Unintentional workout?🤷🏽♀️🤣
Yesterday was a fasting day for me so my bright idea was to be productive. How did I make it productive? By deciding that we’d put the new mattress in my room… it was too heavy so I had to wait for my dad to help. While I waited for him to get back home, I spent the afternoon clearing out a few storage bins, changed the direction of a clothes rack & reorganised the whole thing and took out the old mattress. When dad got home we struggled to get the new heavy mattress in the room 🤦🏽♀️…. And it did not fit 🤯 it was a few cm bigger than the frame. We ended up dragging it back out and put the old one back in. Now we have an extra heavy mattress hanging out in the living room for now. After all that mum came to see what we did and boy was she not ready for the change…. She couldn’t believe it was the same room that she’d seen at peak chaos of clothes and boxes everywhere🤣😂. She said she was good scared of my determination because I did most of it alone without her realising it. Later I checked my health app and noticed 2 workouts recorded.. I was so confused but checked out the entries. Turns out the all the organising, moving and lifting got logged as workouts. It cracked me up because I did spend a few hours lifting and squatting 😅 and I was mindful about my posture the whole time.
