Food on your mind?
Let me ask since I found out a lot of other things I’m dealing with a bunch of you guys are also. What is the one type or kind of food that once you start thinking about it you know you won’t be able to stop until you get yourself some ? I love salty snacks myself. Once I crave chips or popcorn 🍿 I need to get myself something salty. I bought the lower calorie popcorn at the store. 1 pack is 110 calories and that gives me a fix. I also got some rice crisp that are pretty good. What are your go to choices ?

Hockey games
So I really wanted to go walk at the REC CENTRE. They happen to have a hockey game today so I actually had to pay 💰 to come in. That didn’t stop me!!! Then I found they had concession stands and I faltered and bought a pack of popcorn 🍿 I only ate about half but I still went way over what I normally eat in a day. The scale will probably shoot up because of all the salt and butter. I’m drinking more water and taking a bunch of extra steps. Not sure any of it will help. No regrets right now!!

Cottage cheese recipe?
I have a tub of cottage cheese I bought and I don’t know what to use it on. I normally have it in my pasta for extra protein but I haven’t had pasta in a long time. Any other recipes with cottage cheese to recommend?
