Is this why you struggle to build muscle? 🧐
Skool family, real talk for a second… What if the reason you're not seeing muscle growth has nothing to do with your protein intake or exercise selection? What if it's actually about how much work you're doing per muscle group — and whether that work even counts? 👉👉 I put together a Loom 🎥 explaining training volume and why most people get this completely backwards. And no, I'm not talking about: - Grinding out 3-hour gym sessions - Copying some influencer's 30-set arm day - Destroying yourself until you can’t walk I'm talking about finding the sweet spot between doing enough to grow and doing so much you can't recover. When our clients nail this, here's what happens: - They start seeing actual changes in 3-4 weeks - Workouts feel challenging but not exhausting - Recovery improves dramatically - They stop feeling like they live at the gym - Strength jumps up consistently Some of you are doing 20+ sets and getting nowhere. Others are doing 6 sets and wondering why nothing's happening. Both are missing the same piece. 👉 Want me to break down how to find your personal volume threshold? Drop VOLUME below and I'll shoot you the video. If you're putting in work but your physique looks the same as 3 months ago… you need to watch this. I'll walk you through exactly how to know if you're under-training or over-training. P.S. You could be building muscle under layers of body fat. So make sure you’re nailing the nutrition piece too as you’re making gains! 💪

💪 Introducing Coach Tyler 🔥
My most vivid memory of @Tyler Lo growing up was him running around butt-naked in the house, yelling at the top his lungs trying to avoid taking a shower (he was like 5 😆) If you didn’t know already, Tyler is my cousin by blood (can you tell by our skin color???) Long story short: - I moved to Bangkok - He visited shortly after and got excited - He was unhappy and unfulfilled in Canada - He came back to BKK again with no plans - During this time I helped him with diet advice as he was severely overweight and unhealthy - He lost 5+ lbs 🔥 with a new spark for life - I brought him on as a BBB coach and it gave him a way to pay it forward - He has over a hundred transformations under his belt - You’ll see from the comments in this post on how great he is as a coach/friend/human We always reminisce on how crazy life worked out for us… Proud to have you on the team 🫡🫡🫡

Day 3
Anchor- I have no idea. I am not very good with rigid rules. What I mean is, I can get too rigid and then if I break a rule, I am no good. I am really hard on myself. Can the anchor change occasionally?? Tracking calories today. See pictures. I didn’t take pictures of my food because it’s pretty much what I ate yesterday, which I posted pictures of. Except, I ate a protein bar on my way home from work because I was hungry and had a handful of tortilla chips when I got home. It’s almost bedtime now, so I am done eating for the day. On a side note, honestly, this is the thing I am worst at. I don’t like counting calories. I can get very competitive with myself on how much less I can eat every day and pretty soon, I am this horrible, grouchy, lifeless human being who no one wants to be around. I understand why it’s necessary and how it’s supposed to help. But I haven’t figured out how to do it so it benefits me.
