I want to take a moment to talk about @Rayven Maalona ✨ Before joining the BBB 1on1 coaching program, she wanted to: - To be healthy and fit to where I can be active without feeling pain - Walk long distances or uphill without being tired - To not worry about being at risk of any health problems that run in her family - And to be fit enough to help my family if it ever came to them needing assistance. Eating oily food makes me feel ill. So today, I took charge and decided to give my body a break. Ransacked my fridge and pantry to find what I could use. Ta-da....my throw together quinoa and tuna 'bowl' with veggies! PS: can you spot the hard boil egg white? I can't take the yolk, so I threw that away.

My step son came over today and the kids wanted Wingstop 🍗 Then… my partner was still hungry and wanted pizza 🍕 I went with them, but I didn’t eat—I was already full 😆 After eating, my step son said: “I ate so bad today… I’m gonna hit the gym and do extra cardio.” I paused and asked, “Can I share something my coach taught me?” ✅ Coach @Darren Liu just posted this and shared my knowledge. He said yes 🙌 I told him: 👉 Don’t punish yourself with extra cardio or starving tomorrow 👉 That just leads to burnout and feeling miserable Instead: ✨ Enjoy what you ate today ✨ Tomorrow → go back to your normal routine ✨ Hit your protein goals ✨ Train like you normally do BUT here’s the game changer 👇 🚶‍♀️ Daily steps (minimum 7K, no rest days) That’s what actually drives consistent fat loss without exhaustion. His eyes lit up 💡 And my partner backed it up—he’s been seeing progress just from increasing his daily steps. 💬 Moral of the story: Consistency > punishment Sustainable habits > extreme reactions
