This end of week's update will deviate from my usual day-to-day summary because there's like a wave of exhaustion that's hit me so this update is going to be a bit like a simple, word-vomit. I went about my usual; dragon boat on Thursday; decided to go for circuit on Friday, skipped weights on Saturday because there was just some sort of tiredness that came over me and couldn't muster any amount of energy to workout. And then the usual dragon boat today as well - counting down the final 2.5 weeks before race and well, we can only be as ready as we can. In some sense, keeping to the theme that's been going this past few days about "taking rest" and "finding balance". I need more sleep...
