So far on this program, I’ve really been trying my best to learn things properly, especially measuring and staying on track… and I’m excited to say I’m officially down 4.6 lbs! ☺️ Honestly, I’ve never felt this full eating 3 times a day with the nutrition plan laid out for me. But wow 🤯… who would’ve thought this actually works like this?! Big shoutout to @Darren Liu for staying consistent with his IG messages, because without that, I’d probably still be stuck trying to figure it all out 😅 Feeling motivated and just getting started
