So far on this program, I’ve really been trying my best to learn things properly, especially measuring and staying on track… and I’m excited to say I’m officially down 4.6 lbs! ☺️
Honestly, I’ve never felt this full eating 3 times a day with the nutrition plan laid out for me. But wow 🤯… who would’ve thought this actually works like this?!
Big shoutout to for staying consistent with his IG messages, because without that, I’d probably still be stuck trying to figure it all out 😅
