There's a Free Trial, but only for 24 hours!
This morning, I had the pleasure to present in @Vasi Smith 's wonderful Thrive community. The topic was about how to use online courses to supplement your coaching in order to scale your business and charge high-ticket prices. At the end of the presentation, I turned on the Free 7-Day Trial for the Build Lab, my other community where I help purpose-driven entrepreneurs create high-quality courses and successful Skool communities. This free trial will be on for 24-hours only. She's also been kind enough to share the recording, which you can find in both her community and the Build Lab. The Thrive community is to, "Nourish your nervous system, heal your gut, transform food addiction into JOY. Get the support & encouragement you need." Check it out!

#FriendFriday 🎉
It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks! Please DO NOT promote yourself. 🤨. The entire community is for promoting yourself. This post is for celebrating someone else. 😊

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. 🌱 Always Be Planting Seeds
One of the biggest lessons I've learned as an entrepreneur is this: Always be planting seeds. Today, I had a sales call that resulted in $14,600 in revenue ($5,900 upfront and $725/month for 12 months). The conversation was easy. There was no pressure. No convincing. Just: ✅ Build genuine rapport. ✅ Clarify their problem and pain. ✅ Present a clear solution. ✅ Ask if they're ready for the next step. Now, I'm not sharing this to brag because not every sales call goes like this. The reason this one did? I met this person over two years ago. We connected through in-person networking, stayed in touch, and built a genuine relationship over time. There was never a sales pitch or expectation. I simply focused on being helpful and showing up consistently. When the time came for them to need bookkeeping help, they already trusted me. That's the power of planting seeds. Remember, not every conversation will lead to a client today. Not every networking event will produce an immediate referral. Not every social media post will generate a lead. But if you consistently show up, provide value, and build authentic relationships, those seeds begin to grow. Sometimes it takes months. Sometimes it takes years. But when the timing is right, people remember who was there to help. 🌱 Keep planting. Keep serving. Keep showing up. Let's start Doing Business Right! Help Me Name My New Community
Classified people... I am launching a second Skool. It is for high-MRR Skool owners who want to learn how to think like a buyer to earn more now -- and to have a bigger payday if they decide to sell their community later. It will teach my 6 big sale-prep steps. And then the upsell is that I will come alongside you and consult in your sale if you want to exit. I may also partner with brokers to help sellers find a buyer. Ideas I have so far include: SKOOL M&A DEPT SELL YOUR SKOOL YOUR COMMUNITY EXIT YES YOU CAN SELL YOUR COMMUNITY COMMUNITY EXIT DEPT THE CASH OUT PLAN Why am I starting this community? Well, there are plenty of Skools out there teaching rich people how to get into BUYING small businesses. There is NO ONE here for the Sellers. Your buyer has usually bought multiple times, but you are usually selling for the FIRST TIME. Having SOLD my first community in '21, I know this unlevel playing field from painful experience. And I'm here to improve the odds for community owners who want to have a more profitable business, both now and when they sell. What do you like for a name for this? Do you have other ideas? Appreciate your input --
