Hey guys....I'm hosting a summit in January called Simplify to Scale. We still have a couple of open spots....I'm looking for an experts in video creation, delegation, and money mindset. Is that expert you? Or can you recommend someone? Thank you so much...in the home stretch here.

💭 When Someone Leaves Your Group…
Oof. You feel it in your chest before you even click the name. Another member has left. And if you're anything like me, your first reaction is visceral: Disappointed. Sad. Even a bit rejected, if we’re being real. Then comes the spiralling: Should I message them? Would that be too much? What if they don’t even reply — will I take that even more personally? But here’s what I actually did I chose connection over silence. Curiosity over assumption. And what I received back stopped me in my tracks. Three women messaged me back — each with a version of the same, unexpected truth: ✨ “It’s not your group — it’s me.” ✨ “I need this kind of space, but I’m not used to letting myself have it.” ✨ “I don’t do self-care. And being in your group was a loving nudge I wasn’t ready for yet.” None of them said: “It wasn’t worth it.”“ The vibe was off.” You didn’t deliver.” Instead, they told me: "I’m not ready to stop running." "I don’t know how to rest." "I don’t prioritise me — and that’s confronting." And honestly, that hit even deeper. It reminded me that sometimes…People don’t leave because your space isn’t powerful. They leave because it is. Because you’re holding up a mirror. Because your softness challenges their hustle. Because your message makes them feel seen in ways they’re not used to. So if you're in this space-building game — inviting people into something slower, truer, more grounded — please don’t take every departure as a failure. Sometimes, they’re just not ready. And when they are, your door will still be open. 🫶✨

Give Yourself Permission to Budget This Holiday Season 🎁
If money feels tight right now, it’s okay. Many entrepreneurs go through lean seasons—especially during the holidays. It’s not a failure. It’s focus. You’re building something bigger. You don’t owe anyone overspending. Set your budget. Protect your peace. Be present in ways that don’t require a receipt. And if you ever need support with your business finances, DBR Bookkeeping is here. Let's keep Doing Business Right! DBR
It's ok to slow down during the holidays :)
Even entrepreneurs slow down during the holidays... and that’s okay. This time of year is perfect for rest, reflection, and resetting. One powerful system you can lean into right now? 👉 Letting go of what can wait so you can focus on what matters most. What’s one thing you're not doing in your business this season — and why is that okay? Maybe it's posting less. Maybe it's not checking emails every hour. Maybe it's not taking on that new project until January. Give yourself permission to pause. Your systems — and your sanity — will thank you. At DBR Bookkeeping, we help business owners build systems that work with their lives, not against them. When you know someone ready to clean up their books, we’re here to help. Let’s start Doing Business Right — even if that means doing a little less for now. DBR

@Dr. Peninah Wood Ph.D We see you too! Thank you!
💡 You don’t need 100 things to sell.
You need 100 ways to sell ONE thing. Too many entrepreneurs get stuck chasing the next idea—when the real magic happens by going deeper on your Core Offer. 🧩 One offer. ⚙️ 100 ways to position it, price it, package it, or promote it. What if instead of building 5 new products, you built 5 new revenue streams around the same solution? I’ve been working on a Continuity Offer Calculator—a simple tool to help structure pricing that brings predictable revenue for you and real value for your clients. I'm super stoked on how it is coming along. Smart business isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what works—better. If you love talking business, money, and offers that actually convert…📢 Come check out DBR Bookkeeping! Let’s start Doing Business Right. DBR
